Park A is in the middle of town and serves the surrounding neighborhoods. It includes a variety of recreational opportunities for the general public, meets the recreational accessibility and availability, and serves all the community's recreation objectives. Park B is located on the outskirts of town and is difficult to access. It is open space with no defined goal and no official plans for any formal recrational facilities.
